ROBOTS BUILT

Team 1114 - Simbotics was founded in 2003 at Governor Simcoe Secondary School, in St. Catharines, Ontario,  Canada.

Every year since, with the exception of 2021,  we've worked hard to build a new robot from the ground up, to compete in the
FIRST Robotics Competition.

BLUE BANNERS AWARDED

In the FIRST Robotics Competition, a Blue Banner recognizes event wins, judged awards, or impact in our communities.

To us, each Blue Banner represents the personal and professional development of our team members.

STUDENT STORIES OF IMPACT

We build robots as a means to an end.

Inspiring greater levels of interest, prestige, and excitement for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math is our ultimate goal.

Every year, Simbotics graduates go on to begin their own futures in STEM, and
that is our proudest achievement.

Mentors

Volunteer mentors deliver the Team 1114 - Simbotics program, and bring technical and life skills to our students. But students aren't the only ones that learn and grow -  being a member of the FIRST Community brings opportunities for professional development, and the skills mentors gain are recognized by many employers.

Sponsors and Community Partners

Team 1114 - Simbotics would not be possible without the support of our sponsors and community partners.
